Property: SLES is an outstanding anionic surfactant known for its exceptional performance. It boasts superb cleaning, emulsifying, and wetting properties,
densifying and
foaming capabilities, coupled with excellent solvency, broad compatibility, robust resistance to hard water, high
biodegradability, and
minimal irritation to skin and eyes.
Usage: SLES finds extensive application in liquid detergents, including dishware cleansers, shampoos, bubble baths, and hand cleaners, among others. SLES
can also be utilized
in washing powders and heavy-duty detergents. By substituting SLES for LAS, phosphate usage can be reduced,
or even eliminated,
and the overall active matter dosage decreases. Within the textile, printing, dyeing, oil, and leather industries, it serves as
a lubricant,
dyeing agent, cleaner, foaming agent, and degreasing agent.
